Restaurant website development
Not another template with a Google Map. A proper website that pulls its weight for your kitchen.
Honestly, most restaurant websites we've reviewed are stuck in 2014. Slow loading photos, a menu PDF that no one opens on mobile, and a “call to reserve” button that's awful when someone is scrolling at midnight.
We build restaurant sites the way a good chef designs a menu — every piece has to earn its place. Reservations, delivery, gift cards, private events — only what your restaurant actually needs, presented like it belongs in a magazine.
After building for dozens of businesses, these come up on almost every call.
Old website looks nothing like the vibe of the actual restaurant.
Menu is a PDF. Impossible to read on phones. Never gets updated.
Reservations only happen by phone. Half the calls come in during service.
Photos are dark and low-res. The food deserves better.
No SEO — new customers can't find you unless they already know your name.
The layout, fonts, and photography match your dining room, not a Wix template. Guests feel the brand before they book.
You update prices and dishes yourself. Categories, dietary tags, allergens — all mobile first.
OpenTable, SevenRooms, Resy, or a custom system — whatever fits your setup. Confirmations and reminders go out automatically.
Direct ordering with Stripe checkout — no 30% commission to the delivery apps. Or integrate the aggregators you already use.
Sell digital gift cards year-round. Take private-event enquiries with a dedicated form and photo gallery.
Local schema, Google Business optimisation, and copy targeting the searches diners actually make in your city.
A restaurant website in 2026 has three jobs, in this order: (1) make someone hungry enough to book within 60 seconds of landing, (2) let them book or order without picking up the phone, and (3) show up on the first page of Google when they search "best [cuisine] near me". Most restaurant sites we audit fail all three. They open with a slideshow of stock food photos, hide the reservation button below the fold, and haven't updated their local SEO since they opened. Fixing this is not a design refresh — it's a rebuild.
The strongest lever is the reservation and ordering stack. If you're on OpenTable, SevenRooms or Resy, we integrate them cleanly so the widget matches your site's design instead of the default gray table picker. If you want to escape aggregator commissions on delivery (Uber Eats, DoorDash and Deliveroo typically charge 25–30%), we build a direct-order flow on Stripe or Paddle — you keep 100% of the order, and repeat customers naturally shift to your site because it's faster. For fine-dining and events, a private-event enquiry form with a photo gallery converts far better than a generic "contact us" mailto.
Local SEO is where most restaurant websites lose the biggest audience. Google decides who ranks for "pasta near me" based on three things: your Google Business Profile completeness (photos, hours, reviews, accurate menu), local schema on your website (Restaurant + Menu + AggregateRating JSON-LD), and consistent NAP data (name, address, phone) across Yelp, TripAdvisor and your own site. We wire up all three — including a simple flow to ask happy diners for reviews without feeling awkward. Restaurants that get this right regularly move from page 3 to top 3 in local results within 60–90 days.
One thing we tell every restaurant owner: don't over-engineer the site. A tight, fast, editorial 5-page site (Home, Menu, Reservations, Events, Story) outperforms a 20-page site every single time. Guests want to see the food, know the hours, book the table, and get to the door. Everything else is polish.
The reason clients switch — and stop paying monthly platform fees.

Recent project
We built the digital home for a fine-dining concept: reservation flow, editorial menu, and a chef's story page that reads like a magazine. The bounce rate dropped, reservations went up.
See more of our workYes. We can build a direct-order system with Stripe or Paddle so the money comes straight to you. If you still want to keep the aggregators for reach, we can show both.
We'll either work with what you have and clean it up, or brief a local photographer. A one-day shoot usually gives you a full year of website content.
Depends on scope, but a full launch usually lands between the price of a small espresso machine and a full-service oven. We give a fixed quote after the first call — no surprises.
Yes. We set up your Google Business Profile properly, add local schema on the site, and give you a simple flow to ask happy diners for reviews without feeling awkward.
